We realize questions may arise when determining who to outsource your drafting and design needs to. In an effort to address some of your concerns, we have listed below some of the most commonly asked questions for your convenience.

How does the process work?

Contact American Drafting and Design about the services you are interested in.  This can be done by visiting our contact us page or calling us at 678-860-3463 or emailing us at info@americandraftinganddesign.com.

American Drafting and Design will then discuss with you in detail the requirements of your project, what is needed and the timeframe for completion. A quote will then be provided. If you decide to use our services, give us a notice to proceed.  When the project is completed to your satisfaction, you will receive an invoice.

Confidentiality Disclaimer: All information that is disclosed to American Drafting and Design LLC is considered proprietary and confidential. American Drafting and Design LLC will not disclose any information provided by your organization to a third party and it is agreed that all information will remain the property of your organization.

How does your pricing work?

Prices vary depending on the scale of each project and the turnaround time that is required. Upon the customer’s request, quotes can be provided with either hourly rates or lump sum fees. What are the methods of payment?

Invoices can be paid by sending a check, money order, cashier’s check or using PayPal.

Please make checks payable to American Drafting and Design LLC. The client is responsible for any fees incurred by a financial institution due to a returned check. American Drafting and Design is not responsible for any additional bank fees that will accrue due to the resubmission of a returned check.

When submitting payment through PayPal, please include an extra 5% for transaction and processing fees.

American Drafting and Design reserves the right to terminate or withhold any outstanding work on delinquent accounts. Overdue payments are subject to a 10% increase per month until they are paid in full.

Once the project is completed, how do I receive the final product?

There are many different options that you may choose from. Please be sure to specify which option that you would like when requesting a quote for your project. Most CAD files can be sent via e-mail. PDF format is available. File sharing is also available for large files. Recipients receive an email with a link to view or download files on a server. For an additional fee, paper copies can be sent via UPS, Fed-Ex, or USPS or files can be burned to CD-ROM and shipped to you. Plot files can also be sent to a local 3rd party printing company if requested by the client.
